Reflection writing is a simple two-minute add-on to any journal write which creates a self-empowerment experience. If you are interested in trying journal – and reflection -- writing but find yourself stuck, it’s likely connected to two common obstacles. The two biggest obstacles to becoming a consistent journal writer are spending too much time writing (yes, you read that right!), and losing motivation after a few tired entries beginning, ‘Dear Diary, today I…’.
