Hittin' for the House

Softball tournament benefitting Ronald McDonald House at Loyola

The Ronald McDonald House® near Loyola University Medical Center has been a mainstay of care and comfort for the families of children seeking medical treatment at area hospitals since its opening in 1995. Our 18 room ‘home away from home’ provides much-needed support to families that are seeking medical care for their children at a number of different pediatric medical facilities including Loyola University Medical Center, Shriners Hospital for Children-Chicago, Rush University Medical Center, The University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital amongst others. Over 11,700 families have stayed at our House, but it is only possible due to the dedication and contributions of so many. On September 23rd, we will host our 6th Annual Hittin’ for the House Softball Classic at the Oak Brook Park District Fields. I am writing to ask for your consideration of supporting this event. There are a number of ways to get involved, including sponsorship opportunities, raffle item donations and team participation. Please be advised that all donations in support of the ‘Hittin’ for the House Softball Classic’ directly benefit our efforts to provide care and comfort to thousands of families each year at our Ronald McDonald House® near Loyola University Medical Center. We know your involvement in this event would be impactful to the House, but we hope an opportunity that would prove beneficial to your business as well. I would be happy to answer any questions about donations or sponsorships at your convenience, and we will provide an acknowledgment of all monetary or in-kind gifts for tax purposes. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about this event and feel free to visit our event website for more information. Details can be found at .
