50th Annual Fourth of July Parade in Darien

Darien - Celebrate 50 years of Darien’s 4th of July Parade and 243 years of American independence this year. The Darien Lions Club sponsors the parade annually, and it is always a thrill for families and friends.
The parade will begin promptly at 9:30am. It will will proceed north on Cass Ave. to 71st St., then it will go south at Clarendon Hills Rd., ending at Hinsdale South High School.

The parade participants will lineup in the Jewel parking lot at 75th and Cass Ave.
Spectators line the sides of the streets on the city/public easement.
- Please be respectful of a resident's property frontage.
- Portable seating and/or a refreshment is recommended.
The parade will proceed north on Cass Avenue to 71st Street.
At 71st Street the parade will head east until Clarendon Hills Road
At Clarendon Hills Road the parade will go south toward the end point at Hinsdale South High School.
Another Darien Lions event to look forward to is just one month later on Sunday, August 4. The Darien Lions Day in the Park will be from 3-9pm at Darien Community Park, 7100 Clarendon Hills Road.
