Business Owners and Area Residents Welcomed Back Downtown Business

Westmont – The Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau (WCCTB) and the Village of Westmont extend a warm Westmont welcome to Neat Kitchen + Bar, which has re-opened under new ownership at 246 N. Cass Avenue, Westmont.

Neat Kitchen + Bar is a unique and inviting neighborhood spot in the western suburbs. The restaurant offers an array of comfortable favorites with uplifting spins on classic salads, burgers and tacos. The bar has a great selection of craft beer along with original craft cocktails and over 150 whiskeys to choose from.

The owners, John Taylor and Matthew Verde, are excited to be re-opening Neat Kitchen + Bar with a new spin on the classics.

The business community and elected officials gathered for the Ribbon Cutting celebration today, March 28. The President of the WCCTB, Steve Wozny, remarked, “Celebrating and supporting our businesses is key to continued economic growth. Welcome to Neat Kitchen + Bar. We are so glad you’re back and look forward to many successful years!”

Mayor Ron Gunter remarked, “Congratulations to John Taylor and Matthew Verde and the Neat Kitchen + Bar team. It is great to have such a wonderful and welcoming spot back to our downtown!”
