The Actor's with Special Needs Drama Class presents Lion King Jr.

Lyons Township High School’s Actor’s with Special Needs Drama Class is proud to present: The Lion King Jr. on Saturday and Sunday November 17th and 18th at 2pm.  The performance will be in Performing Arts Center at Lyons township High School’s south campus located 4900 S. Willow Springs Road in Western Springs. Tickets are $5.00 at www.lths.net/LionKingJR. The class is part of LTHS’s Adult and Community Education department.

The director of the production is Christine Grohne. “This is the drama group’s 25th Anniversary, and it’s our biggest production to date. Our actors have been learning both Swahili and Zulu. We have beautiful costumes, masks, magnificent lighting and scenery. There are twenty-eight actors in this production ranging in age from 18-51.”

The drama group has actors from all over the Western Suburbs including four actors from Darien!
