USATF Illinois Call for Volunteers

USATF Illinois is looking for volunteers for the 2016 USATF Masters Throws Championships in Lisle - no experience necessary. If you have never volunteered before, you will find that this is a great way to give back to your community. This unique field event competition showcases an athlete’s power and strength, inspiring young and old students and athletes to strive for their very best. Over 120 athletes and officials plus spectators from across the country will be in attendance for the weekend of August 5-7, 2016.
Volunteer Duties Include:
General Event Support – Retrieve implements during warm-ups and competition, assist during weights and measures and setup and manage competition venue under direction of meet officials. Administration Assistants – Assist in registration, posting results and assisting with medals and awards.

2016 USATF Masters Throws Championships. Volunteers needed for various shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday Aug 5-7, 2016.
Who Can Volunteer?
Anyone, but the minimum age is 15.
Benedictine University Sports Complex in Lisle, IL.
